The purpose of this study was to elucidate visiting nurse's dilemma concerning goal setting of home care nursing plan.
The subjects were nine expert home-visit nursing care station managers. They were asked by semi-structured interview about difficulties concerning goal setting of care plan. The results were analyzed by using the inductive approach.Six following dilemma concerning goal setting of care plan became clear:
