The purpose of this study is to clarify family caregiver’s burden are influenced by family structure by comparing and investigating cases in urban (Tokyo)
and local (Yamagata) areas in Japan.
We conducted a cross-sectional study over the caregivers as the subjects living in urban and local areas who were receiving public Kaigohoken Services, using a questionnaire-base hearing via caremanagers.
According to the study, the family structure influences the caregiver’s burden in Japan.
