This book takes specific applications of Japan’s antitrust law and analyzes them from the perspectives of law and economics. This review will briefly introduce the book’s contents and critically analyze the research methods used in terms of the currently widely used concept of level of evidence. Primarily, the book analyzes antitrust case decisions since 2010, including administrative orders by the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) and judicial rulings. Succinctly written, it represents a fusion of the fields of legal studies and economics in the study of individual cases.
