We have devised a “chabangeki-type training” method, aiming at efficient training within a limited time. In this method, the “create-act scenario model” training is used. It is composed of five stages in which medical personnel that work together at clinical sites are engaged in gathering across occupations, discussing, creating a scenario, acting out a chabangeki based on the scenario, and briefing each other.
The purpose of this paper is to determine the function of the chabangeki-type training model over the last two years and to analyze it utilizing the organizers’ observation and participants’ statements. The result of the analysis showed that chabangeki-type training highlights the goals of team medicine, improves knowledge retention, develops an interest in team medicine by improving focus during training, and enhances self-motivation towards the training.

日本語要約：われわれは、時間が限られた中での効率的な研修を目指し、「茶番劇型の医療チーム研修」を考案した。そのうちシナリオクリエイト・アクト型研修は臨床現場で共に働く医療者が職種を超えて集まり（gather）、みんなで話し合い（discuss）ながら、シナリオを作り（create）、そのシナリオをもとに「茶番劇」を演じ(act)、お互いに評価し合う（brief）という5段階で行われる研修である。
この報告の目的は過去2年間にわたる茶番劇型の医療チーム研修を主催者側の観察と参加者の感想から分析し、研修の機能を明らかにすることである。分析の結果、茶番劇型研修の機能として、(1)チーム医療の課題を印象づけ知識の定着を図る、(2)チーム医療への興味と研修への集中度を高める、(3)研修に対する内発的動機づけを高める可能性が示された。茶番劇型の医療チーム研修が病院におけるチーム医療を推進する可能性が示唆された。
