The aim of this study was to examine physical and psychological symptoms among victims and families of Tokyo Subway Sarin Attack 20 years after the incident.Implementation of the study was commissioned by victims group and Aum Shinrikyo crime victims services organization .3 to 5% of the respondents complained all psychological symptoms as persistent and intolerable. According to IES-R, the mean of points was 17.7 for victims, which was higher than that of the study (12.5) conducted 6 years after the incident (Otani, 2003). We found sarin victims have seriously suffered various symptoms which remained or changed over a long period of time.
