The research focused on the transition practices from the nursery and kindergarten teachers’ point of view.The participants were 10 nursery and kindergarten teachers. The data consists of recorded and transcribes group interviews.The results illustrate how nursery and kindergarten teachers keep collaboration in consideration of local pedagogical policy, informal talk with elementary teachers, and continuity of collaboration.
